“In the first phase of the National Popular Consultation, the regional promoter team was formed in charge of carrying out the assemblies in the 137 circuits formed. These assemblies made it possible to make a diagnosis of the proposals of organized popular power, from which 899 projects emerged with the most specific needs of the communities,” he explained.
He pointed out that these proposals are contained in the community development plans, in the specific action agenda and in the social cartography of each community.
“There prevails the autonomy and experience of our people who understand and learn the policy advanced by our president Nicolás Maduro, which is none other than the transfer of powers to the organized people. “We are in the final phase of promoting projects in the communities with extraordinary participation of the organized people, who understand the historical moment of the country, to search for solutions for our communities,” he stressed.
