The Ministry for the Penitentiary Service enabled a section on its website so that the relatives of those deprived of liberty who were in the centers intervened by Operation Cacique Guaicaipuro know about the establishment assigned for their temporary transfer.
The information was disclosed by Minister Celsa Bautista, who explained that all the prisoners in the six prisons intervened will go to establishments with a Penitentiary Regime, "where we will guarantee their Human Rights through medical, comprehensive and legal care."

At that point, the Minister explained that all those deprived of liberty who have been transferred from the intervened judicial detention centers have been guaranteed the right to communicate with their families.
“Once the prisoner is transferred to a penitentiary center, under the supervision of custody officials, they are given the right to a call to communicate with their families, where they are also informed of the name of the establishment, hours, etc.”, the Minister wrote on her social networks.
