A total of 12.035 ammunition of different calibers were located inside the Carabobo Judicial Confinement Center (Máxima), located in Tocuyito which was taken by the Governmentearly last Wednesday.
According to a preliminary balance to which he had partial access Últimas Noticias, in the facilities of the aforementioned prison there was a cache of war material which included 158 firearms, including 135 pistols, 14 rifles, 9 shotguns and a submachine gun.
But in addition, police and military officials found 1.500 knives.
Once the prison was taken over by 11 agents, they proceeded to evict the prison population. In the first hours of the day, 2.113 prisoners were evicted and placed in the common areas to apply the identification protocol.
The Minister of the Interior, Justice and Peace, Remigio Ceballos, declared that with this action “we have put an end to the prison structures of the pranato in Venezuela.”
From other sources we learned that this criminal structure was directed by Néstor Richardi Sequera Campos (El Richardi), who along with 20 others from his entourage are under the protection of the authorities who took over the Carabobo prison on Wednesday.
The Carabobo Judicial Confinement Center (Máxima) is part of a prison complex located in Tocuyito which also includes the El Libertador New Men Training Center, La Mínima and two women's establishments. Only La Máxima was outside the control of the Ministry for the Penitentiary Service.
