"Victor Aular, who was once Vice Minister of Finance during the criminal administration of Rafael Ramirez, was arrested: said individual signed the loan contract with the Atlantic Administrator, responsible for an embezzlement of close to 5.000 billion dollars," the prosecutor said.
MP initiated investigation in PDVSA
The Public Ministry began the investigation against Rafael Ramírez for leading the most serious corruption scheme in the oil industry, denounced by the Minister of Popular Power for Petroleum, Tareck El Aissami.
This was announced by the attorney general, Tarek William Saab, from his Twitter social network account, after receiving from Minister El Aissami the evidence that implicates Ramírez in this plot.
"After receiving from the hands of the President of PDVSA, Tareck El Aissami, the respective complaint about a new oil corruption plot that links a group of subjects led by former Minister Ramírez, we have initiated the investigation with the appropriate proceedings," wrote the Attorney General.
El Aissami presented to the Public Ministry evidence of a mega fraud committed by Ramírez against Petróleos de Venezuela, and asked the attorney general to initiate an investigation and order his international capture.
At a press conference at the headquarters of the Public Prosecutor's Office in Caracas, El Aissami reported that the evidence and proof submitted to the Attorney General reveal the "most serious corruption plot ever known against our oil industry."
The Oil Minister described the operation as a mega fraud and a mega robbery orchestrated directly by Rafael Ramírez, who is a fugitive from justice.

And if they will achieve something where for the recovered money, sure to improve the suffering people or is it just to have something to read
Justice is never too late!!! Firm hand
Tarek recalls that Ismael Garcia requested Ramirez's interpellation in the national assembly and his PSUV comrades denied it. You must dictate measures of apprehension to all the deputies of the PSUV of the time
HAHAHAHAHAHAHA What do they want to cover with this smoke screen, will it be the discriminated increase in the dollar, the high cost of the basic basket???? What will it be???
The best thing the government can do is try to bring that bum here to the country so he can pay for it,
and others" who are involved in this act of corruption, and of course it is not too late to do it👍
That investigation is not going to come to anything since when this Attorney General has requested the extradition of Rafael Ramirez for the embezzlement of more than 30.000.000. million dollars to PDVSA when he was minister and president. I mean, he bought and gave change and who is to blame for giving him so much confidence and he was never audited. Before Maduro and after there was no control, there you have the result.
all because of the demonstration that the workers made for their insurance, which they don't have and because ramires stole what a stupid excuse sorry but as they would say don't be a table face
THE ONE WHO DOES IT PAYS… ENOUGH.
Late you caught a little bird, Tarek El Aissami is told, because even parrots know that shit about embezzling PDVSA.
I have a parrot that I say to: “Rafael Ramirez!” and he answers: “Thief!”
Pure straw, after so many years they bring out something that everyone knew
