Through his account on the X network, he detailed that "Within the framework of the "Cacique Guaicaipuro" release operation, whose objective is to dismantle and put an end to the organized criminal gangs that operated from the "Tocorón" penitentiary center, in the execution of the second phase corresponding to the search, persecution and capture, two (02) fugitives who had escaped through a tunnel in the penitentiary center were arrested by a tracking team of Special Forces of the #FANB."
Some time later, on the same network he posted that another subject named José Gregorio Tovar Chávez was detained by a FANB special forces tracking team in the city of San Juan de los Morros, Guárico state.
