This Friday, Saturday and Sunday, the Central Plaza level of the Santa Fe Shopping Center, in the Baruta municipality of Miranda state, will once again become a gastronomic tour centered around chocolate and cocoa.
Cocoa producers and artisanal chocolatiers from various states of the country will exhibit their extensive catalog of products made with Venezuelan cocoa between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm; from chocolate tablets and bonbons to husk, nibs, cocoa butter and powder, among other preparations made mainly with these ingredients.
In addition, two activities will be presented on this occasion: a chocolate tasting on Saturday at 3:00pm and a liquor and chocolate pairing on Sunday at 3:00pm.
