The cacao from the El Charal farm, located in the coastal area of Choroní, arrives in London transformed into a 100% cacao paste through the Amazonik Cacao brand. This partnership opens the doors of Europe to a variety produced in Aragua, just ten minutes from the town of Choroní, and whose production is overseen by Venezuelan chocolatier Carolina Morales, who also founded her own brand of cacao-derived products, Darïku.
This El Charal cocoa paste is a 100% artisanal product made with Criollo and Trinitario cocoa beans grown at Hacienda El Charal. It comes in 100-gram packages and is specially prepared for creating various dishes and beverages that call for chocolate, as well as for other uses focused on health and wellness.
