Sucre has not reported incidents during the storm Gonzalo

Sucre State Governor Edwin Rojas wrote on Twitter that so far the passage of storm Gonzalo has not caused any incidents in the territory.

"Tropical Depression "Gonzalo" passed through the eastern coastal area of Sucre State without any impact," Rojas wrote.

The president also clarified that the video circulating on networks referring to hail rains in Güiria is false and that the locals do not report news.

It should be noted that at midday, the National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology (INAMEH) was using satellite images to report "electrical discharges" near the Paria Peninsula. However, according to its latest bulletins, the tropical storm has deviated and is moving away from the Venezuelan coast.

"So far, Tropical Depression "Gonzalo" has passed through the eastern coastal area of Edo Sucre without any impact. There is no news in the population of Guiria. The video circulating on social networks about hail in Guiria is false," wrote the regional leader.
