Little is known about the professional and personal life of Antonio Enmanuel Intriago Valera, romantically linked with Mariana Martínez, sister of the singer and first winner of the Latin American Idol, Mayré Martínez.

The contractor for the hitmen who assassinated the president of Haiti, Jovenel Moïse, hails from Carrizal, a town in Los Teques in Miranda state. Intriago lived there with his four brothers in a five-bedroom villa that has now been modified to become a commercial area.

Since 2008 Intriago resides in the city of Miami where he worked on the installation of cameras and security systems. His first approach to politics was when he offered his services to the defunct Mesa de la Unidad Democrática (MUD). In 2012 he led a movement of Venezuelans to vote against President Hugo Chávez, after which he continued to participate in political meetings of the well-known Venezuelan diaspora in Doral, the cradle of recalcitrant anti-Chavez.

According to information disseminated in Mayan and local newspapers, Intriago owns a series of companies registered in the state of Florida, including CTU Security, which, according to the description on its web portal, offers high-quality security products and equipment. Venezuela Somos Todos, an organization, in this case non-governmental, with which Intriago is linked, is chaired by Farida Acevedo, a Mexican-Venezuelan political activist, and Alberto Pérez Levy, president of the Venezuelan Civil Association in Spain. This NGO became known in February 2019, but not precisely to carry out a social good, but to organize for profit the Venezuela Aid Live concert in Cúcuta, where Juan Guaidó, with the permission of the United States, the presidents of Colombia (Iván Duque), Chile (Sebastián Piñera) and Paraguay (Mario Abdo Benítez) intended to enter an alleged humanitarian aid to Venezuela, but it turned out to be a political maneuver to transfer material that would be used in violent protests against the Venezuelan government.

Intriago's resume in the United States is marked by several judicial records, and it is that in 2011 and 2017 it was persecuted by the owners of commercial premises for not canceling rentals or for breaching contracts. To this is added the lawsuits filed by a company that manufactures military equipment and a small lender who sought Intriago for not paying their debts, many of which remain in force to date.
