According to the Telesur portal, the authorities of the CNE of Ecuador authorized at least 10 citizens to vote on this occasion.
Residents of the Andean nation in Caracas attended the Don Bosco College, east of the capital, from the early hours of Sunday morning, this is the largest voting center in the country for this day; the second is in the city of Valencia, Carabobo state.
To facilitate the mobilization of the Ecuadorian community during the elections, Sitssa transport units were enabled from different parts of the city to its diplomatic headquarters located in Caracas, the entity reported in its account on the social network Twitter.
"Following COVID-19 prevention measures, @sitssaoficial is sending a message to our Ecuadorian brothers and sisters so they can exercise their right to vote in their country's presidential elections," they posted on the social media platform.
The day that takes place this Sunday in Ecuador is the first round to replace President Lenín Moreno, if the new president is not elected this Sunday, the second round will be held next April, according to the schedule of the National Electoral Council (CNE) Ecuadorian, refers the Venezuelan News Agency.
