The governments of the United States and Colombia use mercenaries, both gringos and those from the neighboring country, to carry out selective assassinations and terrorist actions that disturb the peace in the border area between both nations.
This was confessed by Nelson Sánchez, alias Maximiliano García, a deserter from the so-called Tancol (armed Colombian drug-trafficking terrorists), according to a video that circulated on social networks and the Bolivarian National Armed Forces replied on their twitter.
The Tancol dissident assured that mercenaries are operating on the “eastern front” and are brought in by the Ministry of Defense of Colombia. He recounted that “once XNUMX mercenaries arrived and were received by Comrade Genechicula, who is the one who has the contact with the Colombian Ministry of Defense. Comrade Jaime grabs them and gives him the mission to destroy any group that smells like revolution. In that group there were two who were like gringos because one never understood what they were saying.”
The member of the Tancol explained that among the missions entrusted to them was that of assassinating members of community councils in Venezuela to hold the national government accountable. “They told us that the moment when we were going to have to kill presidents of boards in Colombia and spokespersons for communal councils in Venezuela. If the work was done in Venezuela, we blamed the Government and if it was in Colombia, the National Liberation Army.”
Sánchez reported that the mercenaries received weapons and specialized tactical equipment, different from those used by the rest of the members of the so-called Tancol groups.
