The first vice president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (Psuv), Diosdado Cabello, denounced that the extremist opposition leader María Corina Machado is looking for criminals who are deprived of their liberty to create chaos inside the prisons.
During the 508th broadcast of his program With the Gavel Giving, referred to information received about Machado's advisors who have recommended that he continue with the lies and manipulation of emotions through social media campaigns featuring topics such as prisons, prisoners, and "torture."
Citing "cooperating patriots," Cabello indicated that Machado "asked some people to locate imprisoned criminals to generate unrest within the prisons in exchange for paying them and protecting their families."
He recalled that they have been warning for three weeks about the communications plan ordered by Machado, which aims to generate a sense of chaos, a failed state, and an alleged "massive violation of human rights."
Furthermore, he commented, reading his informant's letter, that Machado encourages this type of action with the purpose of "tarnishing the more than 500 reconsiderations and reviews of judicial measures that have been granted to people who are imprisoned for participating in the hours of violence and terrorism called for by my uncle (Edmundo González) and Cori (María Corina Machado) after July 28."
He also stressed that Machado is losing credibility with his followers, who have expressed disappointment with his actions.
Change of name of the commandos
The first vice president of the PSUV announced that the so-called "comanditos" of the extremist opposition, who have been used to generate riots, will now change their name.
"I'm going to give you a scoop here. The "comanditos" (small groups) are no longer going to be called "comanditos," they're now going to be called "college citizens" (…) They're not going to be called "comanditos" (small groups) because it's too niche." expressed.
Last November, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, warned of the intention of fascism to reactivate the commandos to generate acts of violence as occurred after the elections of July 28.
