Diosdado Cabello visited Cumanacoa and asked to maintain deployment

Cabello held a meeting with the Sole Authority of Cumanacoa, M/G Nayade Lockiby Belmontes, appointed by President Maduro to address the emergency arising from the passage of Hurricane Beryl

The first vice president of United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, took a tour this Sunday of the affected areas in cumanacoa, Sucre state, due to the intense rains caused by the passage of Hurricane Beryl through the Caribbean Sea.

According to information provided by the Con El Mazo Dando web portal, Cabello, during his visit to the aforementioned town, held a meeting with the Sole Authority of Cumanacoa, M/G Nayade Lockiby Belmontes, recently appointed by President Nicolás Maduro to attend the emergency derived from the passage of Hurricane Beryl in the region.

In this sense, the socialist leader instructed that the deployment in that locality of all government agencies be maintained in order to meet the goal set by the Head of State of resolving the situation 100% in 15 days.

It is important to highlight that during the tour the governor of the state of Sucre, Gilberto Pinto, was also present; the sectoral vice president for the Social Area, Mervin Maldonado; the Minister of Education, Yelitze Santaella; the Minister of Ecosocialism, Josué Lorca; and the Minister of Food, M/G Carlos Leal Tellería, among other authorities.
