They find a man decapitated in Táchira

The murderer was identified as Jorge Gandica, 36, who had been released from prison a few weeks ago and is a fugitive from justice.

The body of a decapitated man was located by police authorities in the San Judas Tadeo municipality in the state of Táchira, which also had multiple wounds inflicted with a knife.

Jesús Mora, 27 years old, died in the town of the Fonseca neighborhood, Umuquena, and police officers have been deployed looking for the murderer and are also looking for his head.

The incident was reported in the Andean state, on the night of July 1, when the victim's mother entered the home and found the scene.

Given this event, he alerted the police authorities, who went to the site to begin the investigations.

It was reported that the neighbors observed the murderer leaving the house in an unknown direction.

Two arrested for fight

Two citizens who were arguing in the middle of a public street were arrested by officials of the Municipal Police of San Cristóbal, Táchira state, for crimes against people.

Finally, Cicpc officials detained a woman who was involved in human trafficking during an investigation operation carried out on 19 de Abril Avenue in the San Cristóbal municipality, and was placed under the order of the prosecutor's office.
