Cicpc points to Niño Guerrero as the mastermind of a murder

For this incident, a 17-year-old teenager, nicknamed Cachorro, and Edwin Alexander Flores Rondón (21) were arrested.

The Cicpc determined that it was Héctor Guerrero Flores (Niño Guerrero) who ordered the murder of Orlando José Utrera Muñoz (38), former comptroller of La Guaira and Carabobo. This homicide occurred on June 23 in the La Boca sector, Ocumare de La Costa (Aragua), during the festivities in honor of San Juan Bautista.

For this incident, a 17-year-old teenager, nicknamed Cachorro, was arrested, in charge of shooting the lawyer and Edwin Alexander Flores Rondón (21), who drove the vehicle used to board and flee the scene of the incident.

A third person involved in the crime was killed by Cicpc agents and was registered as José Manuel Perdomo Galeno.

At the time of contracting said murder, El Niño Guerrero let the perpetrators know that Utrera had a grudge with him.

Alias ​​Cachorro, was contacted by Willtzi Alexander Hernández Rodríguez (35), yet to be captured; who informed him that he had to transport you to the coast, along with three women and two minors, in order to evade the different checkpoints, since they were transporting the firearms that they would use to commit the act.

Once on the coast, Alias ​​Cachorro and Motoloco arrive aboard a Bera Sbr, shoot Orlando multiple times and flee towards the La Boca river, leaving the clothes they were wearing along the way (which was collected) and They are taken to the El Playon sector, where they were awaited by aliases Churro and Deivi, (to be arrested) they are taken in a peñero-type boat, towards Chuao, where they are received by alias Kiko, who allowed them to spend the night and then flee through the mountains until an area known as El Polvorín, where Edwin moved them to the state of Aragua and paid them 200 US dollars for the fact.

The recovery of 5 vehicles, a firearm and four cell phones was achieved, says the Cicpc report.
