Fortnite prepares a new collaboration with Fallout

The iconic power armor and much more from the post-apocalyptic world of Fallout will come to Battle Royale in its next season

For those who believed that Fallout fever was over, it is an honor to inform you that you are completely wrong. During the afternoon of May 17, the official count from Fortnite officially announced that they will have a collaboration with Bethesda's post-apocalyptic RPG in their next season.

At the moment, it is not known exactly what content will arrive for this new collaboration that will be available in the third season of Chapter 5 of Fortnite. However, it is known that it will be titled “Wrecked: Courtesy of the Brotherhood of Steel” and that it will arrive this May 24 along with the T-60 power armor and other Fallout-related cosmetics.

It's possible that Fallout will be included as part of this season's Battle Pass, but it could also be a hint at some content coming to the item shop. It is also unknown if this collaboration will extend to LEGO Fortnite and Rocket Racing.

Fortnite was infected by the success of Fallout

This collaboration was expected after the renewal of the Amazon Prime Video Fallout series for a second season. The series boosted sales and concurrent players of all games in the franchise, including Fallout 76, which reached one million players on all platforms.

Since its launch in 2017, Fortnite is known for featuring collaborations with international artists, pop culture franchises, athletes, and more. It is also not the first time that Epic Games includes other video game franchises in its battle royale, since it has included skins of characters such as Alan Wake (from Alan Wake 2), Kratos (God of War), Master Chief (Halo), The Elder Scrolls and many others.
