Venezuela showed off with food and drink at the Azerbaijan fair

The country presented a selection of its best products at the Baku 2024 International Agriculture and Food Industry Fair, in Azerbaijan

Venezuela presented a selection of organic products and drinks at the Baku 2024 International Agriculture and Food Industry Fair, held in Azerbaijan.

The main objective of this effort was to expand the country's presence in the international market. At the same time, it was a strategic opportunity to introduce native flavors in a new economic scenario.

The information, with a series of attached images, was shared on the Instagram profile of the International Center for Productive Investment Venezuela.

“As part of the event, the Embassy of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela in Azerbaijan organized a cultural exchange activity in the spaces of 'The Landmark' Business Center, in Baku, entitled 'Venezuela Culture, History and Tradition with Flavors of Origin: Cacao, Coffee and Cocuy', which featured a tasting of national organic products,” the Center highlighted in its publication.

The event later culminated with a tasting of organic coffee, meticulously grown in the Andean region of Venezuela. In this way, local farmers dedicated to growing the grain shared their passion and knowledge, and offered a cup of coffee that encapsulates the essence of the Andes, the review adds.

However, the activity was not exempt from the tastiest of Venezuelan food, as a selection of typical dishes from Venezuelan cuisine was also presented, among which the tequeño and the arepa stood out, which managed to capture the attention and pleasure of the Azerbaijani public who praised the culinary diversity of Venezuela.
