Venezuela reiterates its congratulations and support for the Republic of South Africa

Venezuela recognizes South Africa's brave and firm position in defense of the Palestinian people and International Law

The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela expresses, once again, its congratulations and support to the Republic of South Africa for the actions undertaken by that brother country before different international organizations, with the aim of stopping the genocide of the Israeli regime against the Palestinian people, only made possible thanks to the active complicity of the United States and the European Union, which have managed to paralyze the United Nations System for more than seven months of continued crimes, particularly the Security Council.

This was announced by the Chancellor of the Republic, Yván Gil, through an Official Statement published on his official account on the social network X.

In the letter, the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros, reiterates our country's commitment to the Bolivarian Peace Diplomacy that guides our foreign policy, which is why he recognizes South Africa's brave and firm position in defense of the Palestinian people and International Law, worthy of the humanist legacy of Nelson Mandela, the great Madiba, who expressed in 1997: “We know too well that our freedom is incomplete without the freedom of the Palestinians.”

Like the millions of citizens of the world who daily demonstrate in repudiation of Israel's crimes against Palestine, the Bolivarian Republic will continue to raise its voice in all international arenas to demand an end to the genocide and that those responsible for such barbarity be judged. and sanctioned, in accordance with the principles of the United Nations Charter and International Humanitarian Law.
