Maduro: the patarucos are in an uproar because I'm not weak

Who was with you in the hard and difficult times? Us. Who ended the queues and achieved 100% supply with national production from the country's markets. Who has stabilized the economy?

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, during his weekly program No. 48 responded to the theses of the opposition's "patarucos" regarding his government proposals in the face of the 28J electoral contest, ensuring that they are in an uproar because he is not a candidate weak or manipulable.

When asked based on a study by the Latin American pollster Parametric, which shows that if the elections were held tomorrow, President Nicolás Maduro would be winning with 43%, followed by the closest candidate, with 32%. %, the president emphasized that “the survey is in the street, hope is in the street, power is in the street, and let's wait for the 28th (of July) and we will see a great victory.”

However, he assured that Luis Eduardo Martínez is the candidate of the past, who through his social networks has promoted in his speech that more works were carried out in the fourth republic than those carried out by the revolution, to which the president said:

“He (Luis Eduardo Martínez) represents AD and Copei, BUT you got into a fight with me, my program is to go towards the future, not towards the past, get your act together,” he said.

Likewise, he responded to the candidate Antonio Ecarri, candidate for the Alianza del Lápiz party, who through his account on X responded to the President:

"I'll answer you once and for all." @NicolasMaduro and next to my fine Yaracuy roosters: A rooster that does not fight is not a rooster! Pataruco rooster is a runner! Show how good you are in the arena of a national debate. I challenge him. I wait for it with spurs on. Debate! Of course... you can't send anyone. You must come. The pataruco - I remind you - is the one who is afraid of the sand," reads the candidate's post.

Maduro recalled that Ecarri worked alongside Leopoldo López with the Primera Justicia party and was also a leader of Proyecto Venezuela and Copei. “It depends on how you move, we are going to have a debate,” the president responded to the opponent's invitation.

On the other hand, the candidate Daniel Ceballos is betting on what he calls the “Pact of Hope”, with the aim of “reducing polarization”, to which President Maduro, coming forward, commented that he is ignoring that he participated in the called La Salida plan,

“I think the patarucos are on a rampage and are throwing stones at me. The people of Táchira, Mérida, Trujillo, must remember that Ceballos led the most destructive guarimbas that have been known in the Andes, 10 years ago, for which he was later imprisoned and was freed due to benefit measures and is now a Voluntad candidate Popular (VP), through a movement called Arepa, “but I must doubt him because they try to put on a disguise of pardoning life, of being a democrat, but behind them is the person who led VP in that insurrection against the Bolivarian Revolution. That is another cover-up,” said Maduro.

"We must discover who puts on the disguise, who has a true program in favor of the people and that is why I say: All the patarucos are in an uproar because I am not weak or manipulable, because I had Hugo Chávez as a teacher and no one is going to manipulate me , and I am humble, from where everything is possible.”

Likewise, he recalled that in the harshest circumstances, sanctions, it was the Bolivarian Revolution that stood alongside the people.

“Who was with you in the hard and difficult times? Us. Who ended the queues and achieved 100% supply with national production from the country's markets. Who has stabilized the economy? In May we achieved the lowest inflation in 20 years, so don't get dressed, you're not going."
