Cabello: since the Revolution arrived the opposition receives foreign funds

In the discussion "Forms of Organization of the Bolivarian Revolution", the first vice president of the PSUV assured that Venezuela enjoys full independence

The Venezuelan opposition, since Commander Chávez came to power, has received foreign financing to promote destabilization in the country and attack the Revolutionary Government, stated the first vice president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela, Diosdado Cabello.

During his participation in the discussion “Forms of Organization of the Bolivarian Revolution”, Cabello assured that Venezuela currently enjoys full independence, which is why it makes decisions freely in accordance with the mandates of the people.

In this sense, he highlighted that the sectors of the extreme right, which today are calling for elections, are the same ones that in the past have asked imperialism to invade and blockade Venezuela.

“It seems strange, but in Venezuela, promoted by the right, they burned human beings alive, and the excuse given was to look like Chavistas, humble and hard-working people. These neo-fascist groups had a fascist proposal and murdered people. They hung ropes and wires on the roads so that people would die by slitting their throats, we have had to fight against that violence, and today it is the same people who want to go to elections in sheep's clothing,” Cabello said.

Likewise, he highlighted that in the face of these attacks, Venezuela has been able to defeat them in a civil-military-police union.

On the other hand, the revolutionary leader stressed that Venezuela will not allow any country in the world to try to come and oversee the presidential elections on July 28.

“We flatly refuse that a country or group of countries want to come to supervise the elections in Venezuela, that is a matter for Venezuelans,” Cabello said, commenting that anyone who wants to come to see what the Venezuelan electoral process is like , you can do so as long as you respect the rules established by the National Electoral Council (CNE).
