PDVSA workers have a new Supply Center in Zulia

With this, there are eight centers that offer basic basket products throughout the country for oil and gas workers.

The Minister of Petroleum and President of Petroleum of Venezuela (PDVSA), Pedro Rafael Tellechea, inaugurated in Maracaibo, Zulia state, a Supply Center for Oil and Gas Workers (Catpeg), which will benefit 7200 people.

The new Supply Center is located in the Rafael Urdaneta Building of PDVSA Gas.

The information was released this Thursday through a series of messages published on the state oil company's X social network account.

“The minister toured the facilities of this Supply Center accompanied by military, local government and PDVSA authorities,” the company said on its social network X.

In this regard, Pdvsa highlights that this action is part of the efforts in the industry in compliance with the instructions given by President Nicolás Maduro, to "recognize the achievements made by the valuable human talent, protagonist of the rebirth of Pdvsa."

Likewise, he indicated that with this there are now eight Catpegs throughout the national territory which offer products from the basic basket. In addition, they have medicines and household items for the working class of the subsidiaries and businesses of the oil industry in the Western region.
