They predict Wednesday with rains and electric shocks

Tropical wave number 14 continues its movement through the west of the country and is expected to leave the national territory in the next few hours

For this Wednesday the National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology (inameh), foresees rapidly evolving convective nuclei, generating rain with occasional electrical discharges in much of the national territory.

These conditions will be presented in Guayana Esequiba, Bolívar, Amazonas, southern Aragua, Guárico, Apure, Barinas, Falcón, Lara, Táchira, Trujillo and Zulia. Meanwhile, the rest of the country will remain with fragmented cloudiness, he noted in his account on the social network X.

Likewise, he reported that after noon an increase in cloud cover is expected with rains of variable intensity, some with electrical activity.

In this sense, the entity expects rainfall in areas of our Guayana Esequiba, Delta Amacuro, Monagas, Sucre, Anzoátegui, Bolívar, Amazonas, Miranda, Aragua, Carabobo, Guárico, Barinas, Apure, Portuguesa, the Andes and Zulia.

On the other hand, Inameh pointed out on the social network that the tropical wave number 14 It continues its movement through the west of the country and interacts with the Intertropical Convergence Zone, and it is expected to leave the national territory in the next few hours.

Accumulated rainfall between 5 and 50 millimeters is expected with maximums of 90 millimeters in Guayana Esequiba.

As for the waves, it is expected to be 1,5 meters high on all coasts of the country.
