More than 93 thousand people have been served in 328 Mobile Courts

85.782 procedures have been carried out in 212 municipalities of the country

The Mobile Courts moved on Thursday to the National Bolivarian Bicentennial Republican Educational Unit of the San Agustín parish, Libertador municipality, to provide the population with a free and efficient service.

In the development of the activity, the President of the Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ), Judge Caryslia Rodríguez, reported that to date in 2024, 328 Mobile Courts have been held in which 85.782 procedures have been carried out and a total of 93.711 people in 212 municipalities approached in the country.

During his speech, he highlighted the importance of the coordinated work of institutions and organizations that are increasingly joining the initiative of providing the people with various services directly on the street.

In this regard, he thanked the Comptroller General of the Republic, Jhosnel Peraza, for joining along with his officials. “It's good that the Comptroller General's Office joins in because we know that we are going to perfect that meeting, that union, to provide that service to the people.”

Cojedes and Miranda

He added that in addition to the deployment carried out in San Agustín, on Thursday the Mobile Courts were simultaneously activated in the Ezequiel Zamora municipality of the Cojedes state and in the Acevedo municipality of the Miranda state.

For his part, Comptroller Peraza stated that the Mobile Courts “are a reliable example of all this mobilization that is being carried out to provide a solution to any concern that our common citizen may have, who for some reason or another cannot approach the courts, and therefore, State institutions like us owe it to People's Power, we go to the streets to respond to these types of concerns."

During the day, citizens processed free services such as travel permits, marriages, divorces by mutual agreement, drafting of supplementary titles, declaration of sole and universal heirs; birth or death; among other procedures, as well as legal advice.
