This Wednesday, 14 educational institutions in the Acevedo municipality, Miranda state, received a supply of equipment, real estate material and implements to strengthen academic activity in said primary and secondary education schools, according to a press release from the government.

Industrial kitchens, pot kits, freezers, tables and chairs, blackboards, lecture tables with chairs, among other supplies, were delivered by the vice-governor of the Barloventeño axis, Miguel Marín, accompanied by the Secretary of Education, Rosa Becerra; the president of the Institute of Infrastructure Works and Services of the Miranda state (Inframir), Elio Junior Serrano; and by the mayor, José Miguel Oliveros.

The provision was executed through the 1×10 system of Good Government, through which the national Executive, the Government of Miranda and the mayor's office of Acevedo work in a coordinated manner to respond to the requests expressed by said educational institutions and favor more than 5.000 students.

“It is gratifying to serve and give a concrete response to our boys, girls and young people who study at these schools here in Acevedo, following instructions from President Nicolás Maduro and Governor Héctor Rodríguez,” said the president of Inframir, Elio Junior Serrano.

Likewise, 160 educational institutions in the Barlovento jurisdiction received 3.200 LED bulbs, granted by the Foundation of Educational Buildings and Endowments (Fede).
