On the afternoon of this Friday, June 14, the people of Guárico united with much excitement in the streets of the Ortiz municipality, in an effusive demonstration of support for the president and presidential candidate Nicolás Maduro, and in firm rejection of the unilateral coercive measures imposed on the country.

From Juan Germán Roscio Nieves Square to San Juan Street, a sea of people overflowed with banners, slogans and songs of joy, demonstrating their loyalty to the Bolivarian project.

The regional president, José Vásquez, said that today Ortiz joins the permanent mobilization of the Guárico state in defense of the homeland, sovereignty and in support of the “Conductor of Victories.”

“I want to congratulate you on this rally in the town of Ortiz, because it has surpassed the last mobilizations we have had here,” emphasized the governor, while those in attendance loudly applauded his message.

He called for organization, unity and convincing the people, while insisting on the formation of the 1×10×7.

Who is missing the 1×10×7? Vásquez energetically asked the crowd, while asking to speed up this process to guarantee victory, peace and the growth of the country.

“Here there is a new north, a new future and it is with President Nicolás Maduro, it is with the Bolivarian Revolution,” he stressed.

The Guariqueño ruler recommended not falling into the manipulations and provocations of the adversary sector, which only seeks to create chaos and destabilize the nation.

"Let's not allow ourselves to be manipulated by the opposition, let's go to win those elections on July 28, and let's give Commander Chávez the best gift on his birthday," he stressed.

Meanwhile, the highest authority of the plains region assured that Guárico will remain undefeated in the next electoral scenario, as it has been in recent years.

On stage, the governor was accompanied by the Secretary General of the Government, Freddy Alí Gómez; the deputy to the National Assembly, Eduardo Puerta; the political liaison in the municipality, Migdalia Hurtado; the management liaison in the entity, G/D José Dionisio Goncalvez; the territorial commissioner, Melly Villegas and other political personalities.
