Within the framework of the celebration of the IV Meeting of the Türkiye-Venezuela High Level Mixed Commission, the Vice Minister for Foreign Trade and Investment Promotion, Johann Álvarez Márquez, held a meeting with the representatives of the Association of Independent Industrialists and Entrepreneurs from Musiad Ankara, in Türkiye.

According to a press release, the Venezuelan delegation was received by Mr. Hasan Fehmi Yilmaz, president of the association, with whom opinions were exchanged on bilateral trade relations between both nations.

During the meeting, industrialists and businessmen from the Republic of Türkiye showed their interest in visiting Venezuela to study the increase in imports of Venezuelan products to the Eurasian nation.

In addition, Turkish industrialists and businessmen invited their Venezuelan counterparts to Expo Musiad 2024, which will be held in Istanbul in November, and to the II Expo Fair of Turkish Products in Caracas, where work tables will be held to explore business opportunities. business.

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, signed this Monday, May 13, a law agreement for the protection and reciprocal promotion of investments with the Republic of Türkiye, which aims to advance investment in trade and economic integration between both nations.
