Lenyn Sosa gives a better face to her present

The 24-year-old third baseman from Guyana is hitting .348 in 15 games since being called up to MLB on May 31

Venezuelan infielder Lenyn Sosa has been able to take advantage of his opportunities very well this season with the Chicago White Sox and has been improving offensively. That, for the sake of finally being a regular player in the Major Leagues.

Now, this Saturday he flirted with the ladder in the victory of the “whitelegs” 9–2 over the Arizona Jingle Bells at Chase Field. He hit his second home run of the season and went 5-for-3 with a trio of RBIs to reach eight on his personal tally.

However, since he was called to the big team on May 31; he has seen action in each of the White Sox's 15 games since then. He has hit .348 (46-for-16) with five extra-base hits - including three doubles -, seven hits and three hits.

In addition to this, he has an OBP in said period of .400, with a Slugging percentage of .544 and an OPS of .944 in 50 plate appearances.

Thanks to this, he has raised his hitting percentage in the current season to .250; product of 21 hits in 84 times at bat and five hits.
