More than 5 motorized vehicles legalized in operation in Tucupita

With the measure they seek to regulate motorized vehicles in Tucupita

More than 5 motorized vehicles will be legalized within the framework of a plan that seeks to regulate them in Tucupita, after a decree that prohibits them from circulating at a certain time, in addition to the application of sanctions for not complying with the Land Traffic laws, reported Commissioner Noel. Valderrama, director of Citizen Security in Delta Amacuro.

The special day began this Monday and will last until next Thursday at the Citizen Security headquarters. In this operation, a second-degree license, driving license, medical certificate and other documents that complete the legality are being issued.

According to Valderrama, towns such as Barrancas del Orinoco, Uracoa and Temblador, south of Monagas, are also served in this operation, because their motor vehicles go to the Delta for fuel.

This day was preceded by multiple traffic accidents, thefts and violation of other traffic laws by motorists. The governor of Delta Amacuro, Lizeta Hernández, issued a decree that prohibits the circulation of motorcycles after 10 at night and until 5 in the morning, as a measure to mitigate these abnormalities.

In this sense, he also announced a special operation to issue licenses for motorcycle drivers. Without these documents, motor vehicles are prevented from being able to supply fuel.
