Carlos González has his visions in Caracas

The visual artist Carlos CAE González, presents his first individual exhibition Visiones, within the framework of the Caracas Design Week

“Caracas is a great motivator for the exhibition, because it is the place where I had the fortune to develop myself in design through so many relevant projects and surrounded by people who have left their mark on the art and visual culture of Venezuela,” said the visual artist Carlos CAE González, who presents his first individual exhibition Visiones, within the framework of the Caracas Design Week that takes place in different places with free admission.

The Caracas native himself explained that his is an exhibition where he unites two views: the original one as a Venezuelan visual artist, with his history and his Caracas influence, along with a second look from Mexico City, which has enriched his work. “Visions is born from all this, which is a return and a reunion with my essence, with my DNA, but which is undeniably influenced by the current.”

González is an experienced designer, illustrator and visual and plastic artist. His work is characterized by a fusion of styles and themes that reflect both his Latin American heritage and his global vision and experience.

He has been in collectives at the Sala Mendoza in Caracas and international events such as Designmai, in Berlin, and Place, at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Barcelona, ​​Spain.

His illustrations have been published in books such as Ink – The Art of Tattoo. And his branding modality in the book Los Logos, while his work together with Colectivo Masa in the Latino book.
