Roast beef sandwich 

Learn how to prepare an incredible grilled roast beef sandwich


• Bread of our preference

• 1 kilo of beef chicken (already cleaned)

• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

• 1/2 teaspoon salt

• 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce


In a wide and medium-deep container, add the Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper, add the beef chicken and rub it with these ingredients. It is placed on a previously lit coal ember, and with a tong it is turned around until it browns evenly on all sides. Remove it from the coals, place it on a tray and let it rest until it cools, before cutting it into slices to prepare the sandwiches.
