Mango smoothie

INGREDIENTS

• 1 cup of chopped mango, important that it is ripe
• ½ cup of low-fat milk
• ½ cup of ice
• ¼ cup plain low-fat yogurt
• Honey to taste

PREPARATION

Place the chopped mango, milk, ice and natural yogurt along with honey in the blender.
Beat at medium speed for about 20 seconds, or until you see the ideal consistency.
