Next Sunday we celebrate Father's Day, surprise dad with this delicious dessert

INGREDIENTS

• 1 sheet of rectangular puff pastry

• 3 apples

• 2 tablespoons of apple jam

• 10 g almond crisps

• 1 egg

PREPARATION

Peel and cut the apples into slices, unfold the puff pastry sheet on the same baking tray, make 3 rows of sliced ​​apples, placing them overlapping.

Separately, we beat the egg to paint the ends of the puff pastry that have not been covered with apples.

We bake at 190º or 200º for 18 minutes.

Then we mix the apple jam with 1 tablespoon of water, heat it for a few seconds in the microwave and paint the apple puff pastry fresh from the oven.

Sprinkle with the almond crunch and let it cool.
