Special burger

With a touch of spinach and sautéed onion

• Hamburger 'bread

• 800 grams of ground beef, of a not very fatty cut

• 200 grams of ground pork

• 1 bunch of spinach

• 1 teaspoon of pepper

• 1 tablespoon of salt

• 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

• 1 kilo of onion

• 7 oil tablespoons

• 1 tomato

• 5 leaves of romaine lettuce

• Sauces to taste, this one has ketchup, mayonnaise and mustard

The onions are cleaned and washed, cut into julienne strips and placed in a pan with the oil to cook over very low heat, stirring occasionally until they turn amber.

We strip the bunch of spinach and wash its leaves one by one, which we will cut finely. In a deep container, mix the ground beef with the ground pork, knead and add the chopped spinach, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. We continue kneading very well and make 5 hamburgers of 200 grams each, we reserve on a tray.

We heat a pan or griddle and cook the burgers until golden brown on both sides, at the end of our preference.

At the time of serving, we assemble the hamburger on each plate, warm the buns a bit, put the cooked meat, a slice of apple tomato, the lettuce and the sauce or sauces of our choice.

We can accompany it with French fries or as in this case with green banana chips.
