Mexican sauce prepared from avocado with a good source of fiber


• 2 avocados

• 2 oil tablespoons

• 1 onion finely chopped

• 1 garlic clove, crushed

• 2 Anaheim chiles, seeded and chopped

• 300g green tomatoes, skinless, seedless, grated

• 2 tablespoons of lemon juice

• 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

• Salt and freshly ground pepper

• 1 half tablespoon of sugar

• Tortilla chips to accompany 


In a frying pan with oil, fry the onion, garlic, chili and green tomatoes, cook for eight minutes. Off the heat, add the peeled and chopped avocados, the lemon juice, the cilantro, a little salt, the freshly ground pepper and the sugar, puree everything until it becomes a puree. Serve in a bowl.
