Cannelloni stuffed with vegetables

Very easy recipe to make and also healthy and delicious

INGREDIENTS

• 8 cannelloni

• 2 cups of bechamel sauce

• 2 cups of tomato sauce

• 150 g of cooked beans

• 150 g of carrots cooked and finely cut

• 50 g of roasted and chopped peanuts

• 50 g of raisins

• Salt and pepper to taste

• 2 cups of oil

• 50 g of grated parmesan cheese

BECHAMEL SAUCE

• ½ l of milk

• 50 g of margarine

• 50 g of flour

• Nutmeg

• Salt and pepper to taste.

PREPARATION

We cook the cannelloni following the instructions on the package. Separately, in a pan we place the beans next to the carrots, and sauté them a little, then season with salt and pepper and add a little bechamel sauce. Once this is ready, we reserve it.

Once cooked, we place the cannelloni on the table and fill them with the vegetable mixture.

Next, we place them on the bottom of the baking container and cover them with the bechamel sauce, then we sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese to gratin at 200º until they turn golden. Finally we decorate and serve immediately.
