They celebrate the first anniversary of the Scientific-Technological Park

This Thursday a varied training and recreational agenda will be developed in the space intended to promote scientific and technological development in strategic areas

This Thursday, May 23, one year after the creation of the Scientific-Technological Park of Venezuela Más Ciencia, SA, training and recreational activities will be carried out to celebrate the anniversary of this space intended to promote scientific and technological development in strategic areas of the nation.

La varied agenda, disclosed by the Ministry of Science and Technology through its portal, it includes a photographic exhibition; a forum on new technological tools for learning; talks on the preservation of natural spaces; business roundtable: management for data security, among other activities.

Likewise, the day includes a talk on the introduction to the implementation of 3D printing, presentation of recognition to workers and exhibition of the products and services incubated in the park.

The activities are carried out between 8 in the morning and 4 in the afternoon, in the facilities of the Scientific-Technological Park located in the vicinity of the Venezuelan Institute of Scientific Research (IVIC), in the state of Miranda.

The Scientific and Technological Park of Venezuela is the first module of a network that is planned to be built in the country as part of the strategies that aim at the comprehensive development of the Homeland, through the Great Mission of Science, Technology and Innovation Dr. Humberto Fernández – Morán.

Its creation was announced by President Nicolás Maduro in February 2023. In May of that year, through Decree No. 4.808, the creation of this space was made official, a sample of the scientific and technological potential of Venezuela, which is used to the well-being of Venezuelans.
