Articulation with the science of the new world

El President Nicolás Maduro gave the green light to this postgraduate scholarship in the scientific field last Thursday, May 23, from the Aquiles Nazoa Cultural House within the framework of the “Meeting of Women in Science.”

At that time, the head of state instructed to articulate this program with the BRICS, made up of the countries Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa.

“The world of this 21st century has an open horizon for people. The prophecy of the Liberator Simón Bolívar will be fulfilled. The prophecy of the existence of balance in the universe is being fulfilled. And there are the brothers of the Brics and the Brics plus who have a tremendous advance of their own in the entire field of scientific knowledge, of human knowledge, of new technologies,” he stressed.
