Kanye West's former assistant sues him for sexual harassment

American rapper Kanye West, now called Ye, faces a new lawsuit. On this occasion, a former assistant who alleges sexual harassment, breach of contract, unjustified dismissal and hostile work environment, reported the TMZ portal, notes EFE.

Lauren Pisciotta worked as the artist's personal assistant between July 2021 and October 2022, when she was fired. According to the model, West kicked her out after sending her text messages and sexual videos.

TMZ highlighted that Pisciotta was an OnlyFans model who posted photos in bikini and lingerie. Her success with them led her to earn a million dollars a year.

More details

West met her at a time when he had launched his clothing line and hired her, according to the portal. The outlet cites the legal document, in which Pisciotta also alleges that she worked with the rapper on three songs from his album 'Donda'.

Pisciotta points out that in July 2022 West asked her to delete her OnlyFans account, promising that he would pay her one million dollars a year, the same amount she earned from her lingerie photos, and she accepted.

Shortly after, she claims, the artist began sending her racy text messages, masturbating when they talked on the phone and asking her if she could hear or guess what he was doing, according to TMZ.

Messages, videos and photos

According to the lawsuit echoed by that website, there were a large number of text messages, sexual photographs and videos, including two in which the rapper had sexual relations with a model.

West then appointed Pisciotta as chief of staff for his various companies, with a salary of $2022 million, but in October XNUMX he fired her.

West offered her compensation of three million dollars, which she accepted and which he never paid.

Other complaints

On April 2, another former employee of West sued him, as well as his Yeezy clothing brand, and Donda, the private school he owns, for racial discrimination, harassment and wrongful termination, among others.

The lawsuit was filed by Trevor Phillips, an African-American who claims he suffered abuse from the singer since he began working with him in 2022 for his Yeezy brand.

In April 2023, West was also sued for racial discrimination by two former African-American teachers who claimed they were unfairly fired. The artist has previously faced other lawsuits for assault and non-payment.
