Second stage of the Upata beautification plan begins

Lighting, paving, demarcation and rehabilitation of public decoration are some of the works carried out

With a deployment of more than 200 men and women, the mayor of the Piar municipality, Yulisbeth García, began the second stage of the Upata beautification plan, which will strengthen the provision of public services on streets and avenues.

Lighting, paving, demarcation and rehabilitation of public decoration are some of the tasks that will be carried out in the new spaces to be attended to in the Upata parish.

The operation that began on the perimeter avenue of Upata, what is known as the gateway to the south of the entity, already has asphalt throughout its entire length that, added to the LED lighting and now with its fully demarcated areas, gives welcoming locals and visitors.

García, accompanied by the Vice Minister of Public Works, Juan Ramírez, toured the entire area where the work will be carried out, which will give continuity to the first stage of the beautification plan.

The local authority reported that to reinforce the entire beautification plan, night work crews were enabled, which will make each work more expeditious. 

Likewise, the mayor reported that more than 200 fathers and mothers entered directly and quickly, who will have the task of cleaning in all the areas served in this plan, work will also affect the social vertex of each sector that is served. .

“We continue to work for our people and execute a coherent urban development plan thanks to the joint work directed by President Nicolás Maduro and executed by Governor Ángel Marcano and our mayor's office,” commented the Mayor.

“Tata,” as the mayor is also known, explained that more than 10 tons of asphalt alone have been laid out to serve both avenues and streets in the communities, which is why she explained that all urban roads in Upata “without exception will be paved.” ”.
