Plan to replace asbestos roofs in Barinas advances 

Minister Ildemaro Villarroel supervised several works of the Venezuela Housing Mission in Barinas

The national government, through the Ministry of Housing and Habitat, is carrying out the plan to replace 200 asbestos roofs in Barinas, as part of the requests received through Venapp.

The work carried out in the José Antonio Páez urbanization, known as Los Pezones, Rómulo Betancourt parish in the Barinas municipality, was inspected by Minister Ildemaro Villarroel.

In the company of the Commander of the Ciudad de Nutrias Battle Operation, GD Lenín Guillermo Herrera Hernández; The representative of the ministerial portfolio verified the progress of this project and held a conversation with the beneficiaries, who thanked President Nicolás Maduro for meeting his requirements.

Villarroel indicated that the objective is to improve the quality of life of these families, taking into account that this type of roofing of houses is unhealthy and causes serious damage to the health of Venezuelans.

In 40 days they will deliver 160 apartments

During his visit to Barinas, the Minister of Housing and Habitat also inspected the construction of the Los Llanos urban development, in the Alto Barinas parish of the capital municipality of the Llanera region.

Villarroel announced that the delivery of 40 apartments from this project is scheduled for approximately 160 days.

He also highlighted that these apartments will be granted in response to the people's requests through the 1×10 of the Good Government

“We are in beautiful Barinas, in the land of Commander Hugo Chávez, where our president Nicolás Maduro Moros continues to advance in housing (…) a mass of workers on the march, dynamism; construction and our President is líder that leads to victory,” said the minister.

On the other hand, the Minister also toured the Ciudad Tavacare urban planning, where rehabilitation work is being carried out on the facades of more than 300 towers, benefiting 5 families.
