“Arsenal in Victoria” gas plant inaugurated in Aragua

It will serve around three thousand families per day

Governor Karina Carpio inaugurated this Monday, the “Arsenal en Victoria” gas filling plant, located in the Arsenal urban development of the Mario Briceño Iragorry municipality (El Limón), which will guarantee the attention of about three thousand families daily, meaning an average of 70 thousand favored families per month.

Carpio highlighted that the filling plant was built in alliance with the Aragua Gas company, responding to the requests made through the 1×10 of the Good Government, and added that it will serve residents of the Mario Briceño Iragorry and Girardot municipalities (Maracay). .

He specified that the station is made up of five storage tanks, with a capacity of 26 liters, and detailed that it is covered, and has eight Romans, a marine rubber for the cylinder filling area, a fire-fighting system, a emergency stop, pumping system, stationary tanks, transfer area, administrative areas, dining room, storage, bathrooms and a waiting room for users.

Efficient service

The president of Aragua Gas, Ymarú Muñoz, indicated that the activation of this new gas filling plant will allow offering a more efficient service to the communities of El Limón and Maracay, joining the other six plants that operate in the entity: Camatagua, La Victoria, Lamas, Villa de Cura, Maracay 1 and Maracay 2.

“The plant will allow a better distribution of gas cylinders in the Mario Briceño Iragorry and Girardot spaces, shortening cylinder replacement times without falling into shortages and avoiding speculation,” said Muñoz.
