With a thousand tons of asphalt they recover roads in Caña de Azúcar

More than 400 families in the area will be benefited with the recovery of roads

Responding to requests made by citizens through the 1×10 VenApp platform, the mayor of the Mario Briceño Iragorry municipality of Aragua state, carried out the rehabilitation of streets 2, 3 and 7 of sector 2 of Caña de Sugar, where a thousand tons of asphalt were placed.

This was reported by Mayor Brullerby Suárez, who highlighted that the works were carried out thanks to the resources approved by President Nicolás Maduro, through the Ministry of Popular Power for Transportation, also counting on the support of Governor Karina Carpio and the Godmother. from Aragua, Yelitze Santaella.

The president explained that more than 400 families in the area will be benefited with the recovery of roads, as well as the repair of sewage collectors, thanks to the replacement of 600 meters of pipes.

“This paving plan came to strengthen the actions of the Bolivarian Government in the municipality, everyone is happy, but even more so our grandfathers and grandmothers from sector 2 of Sugar Cane (…) thanks to President Nicolás Maduro, the streets of sector 2 are completely passable “said the president.

Brullerby Suárez also referred to the activation of the well that supplies water to sector 2 of Caña de Azúcar, with which a total of 5 people benefit.

Overcoming sanctions 

Carlos Reinoso, head of the Community of sector 2 of Caña de Azúcar, stated that the recovery of roads and the quality of public services are a sign of the triumph of the Venezuelan people in the face of sanctions and the blockade, thanks to the efforts of the different instances of the revolutionary government.

“Here in Caña de Azúcar there is a revolution 365 days a year and that is why the people are happy, because they feel safe, and have managed to overcome the effects of coercive and unilateral measures, we have been recovering little by little, thanks to our president Nicolás Maduro,” he reflected.
