Píritu and Puerto Píritu marched in support of President Maduro

The people toured several streets in two municipalities in the western part of the entity

Militants and sympathizers of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (Psuv) from the Píritu and Peñalver municipalities spread out in the streets of Píritu and Puerto Píritu to express their support for President Nicolás Maduro.

This Thursday, May 23, they walked from the Pedro Gómez Rollingson hospital in Píritu to the Nuestra Señora de los Desamparados church in Puerto Píritu, attending the call of the state political team for the “Anzoátegui Great March with Maduro.”

The mobilization also rejected the coercive measures that come from the White House and that directly affect the country's economy and the sanctions imposed by the North American empire.

Carrying banners in support of líder national and with slogans that rejected US policies, they walked through several streets in two municipalities in the western part of the entity.

The people were accompanied by regional and national leaders of the red awning, among whom the governor and main spokesperson of the “Venezuela Our 21st Century” campaign command, Luis José Marcano, stood out; the godfather of the government, Wilmar Castro Soteldo and the State Team of the PSUV and the Great Patriotic Pole.

Castro Soteldo highlighted that: "Anzoátegui is a strategic state for the country, here is the epicenter of the Eastern Agri-Food Economic Zone, for this reason we must carry out the 48 loads of 200X1."

For his part, the governor, Luis José Marcano, said that “we are committed to moving the country forward, we are gradually overcoming the difficulties imposed by the empire, with an effort that will allow us to recover social management, economy, salary and the entire productive community that Chávez inherited from us, to achieve prosperity, we must organize ourselves, with 1X10 we will have the great victory.”
