The governor of the Nikolaev region, Vitáli Kim, publicly called for the assassination of any Ukrainian citizen who supports Russia.
"All the traitors will be executed anyway," he said during a live broadcast on Ukraina 24 television, where he stated that he "is not afraid to use that word."
"And we cannot forbid people to shoot because of which our people are dying," he said.
In early April, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky fired two generals for violating the military oath of allegiance based on the disciplinary status of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
“Now I don't have time to deal with all the traitors. But little by little they will all be punished," Zelenski said on that occasion.
This same month, the organization Amnesty International (AI) assured that Ukraine is submerging in the chaos of uncontrolled violence "exercised by radical groups and their total impunity".
"Virtually no one in the country can feel safe in these conditions," the organization said.
The Russian military operation began in Ukraine on February 24. Since then the Russian defense Has destroyed 141 aircraft, 110 helicopters, 566 unmanned aerial vehicles, 265 anti-aircraft missile systems, 2.526 tanks and other armored vehicles, 283 multiple rocket launchers, 1.096 field artillery and mortar units, as well as 2.362 special military vehicles.
