He points out that the Embassy of Ukraine in Washington recruits gringos to fight on Ukrainian territory

The US allows the Embassy of Ukraine in Washington to recruit Americans to participate in combat operations on Ukrainian territory, the spokeswoman for the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zajárova, reported on Thursday.

"We assess the collusion shown by the US authorities in the face of such activity as further proof that Washington is not interested in resolving the Ukrainian crisis and aspires to fuel that conflict, wishing to inflict a strategic defeat on Russia," the diplomat said.

Zakharova recalled that the activities of the Ukrainian Embassy contradict the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations of 1961.

media data

"We demand that the US side put an end to such activity by the Ukrainian Embassy, which creates a direct threat to the lives and safety of citizens from the US, contradicts its diplomatic status and can have serious and unpredictable international consequences," Zajárova warned in her comment.
