Jorge Rodriguez said that “there is strong censorship against the Chavismo candidate to impose fraudulent elements against the Bolivarian Revolution.” He refers to the fact that they have denied Maduro's team the possibility of doing paid advertising on social networks.

Given this, Maduro asked to do strong communication work to overcome censorship. But he also said that the campaign must focus on popular organization of people in communities. And the calls will be made through WhatsApp groups.

“…so that you can see how we win the communication battle in every street, every municipality, every state.”

Treason and fraud

Yesterday the information circulated widely that María Corina Machado had received 3,2 million dollars of a gringo lobby company, specifically the lobby called Howard Stirk Holdings (HSH). Machado promised to deliver Pdvsa as compensation “if she was elected.” Read the details here.

The dark past of Edmundo González

Another piece of information that has also attracted a lot of attention on the networks is one about the dark and terrible past of the opposition candidate Edmundo González. It seems that this man was ambassador in Washington and later in El Salvador in the 70s, where he participated in financing and logistics of death squads. Find out more about this story here

Vice President Delcy Rodríguez participated yesterday in a day of collecting signatures for demand that Joe Biden lift sanctions against Venezuela. The workers of the Ministry of Economy and Finance were with her.

“What we are doing today with the workers is a reaffirmation, demanding the lifting of the blockade; “That is not a gift, it is a right of Venezuelans.”

Oil sanctions, very difficult

Another piece of information of interest has to do with foreign oil companies that have business in Venezuela and are affected by the reimposition of sanctions by the United States. As you will surely remember, the gringos gave until the last day of this month to finalize transactions because then they will be prohibited from doing so. Well, it is known that companies have been moving to get so-called individual “licenses” that allow them to continue with their businesses here without the burden of sanctions falling on them.

Exchange rate:

The Central Bank of Venezuela reported that yesterday's exchange tables showed an average of 36,62 bolivars per dollar. Remember that this is the only rate valid for any transaction today.

Impunity and annihilation

Yesterday representatives of South Africa presented before the International Court of Justice their arguments for their request that the court take interim measures to protect the lives of Palestinians in Gaza while it decides on charges of war crimes against the Zionist State of Israel. The lawyers noted that Israel's "institutionalized impunity" is allowing the "annihilation" of Gaza's Palestinians. That is to say, Zionism kills as it wants because it knows it can do so because the “international community” led by the US allows it.

“South Africa hoped, when we last appeared before this court, to stop this genocidal process to preserve Palestine and its people; but the genocide by Israel has continued at an accelerated pace and has just reached a new and horrible phase.”

Russia and China threaten American hegemony

Another issue that has attracted attention in the international field is the meeting between Xi Jinping and Vladimir Putin. Yesterday they signed an agreement to deepen strategic cooperative relations between China and Russia, challenging the dictates of the West. By the latter I refer to the warning that Ursula von der Leyen, president of the European Commission, gave to the Chinese president not to sell “dual-use” technology to Russia, that is, things like chips that can be used both for peaceful purposes as well as for weapons. Well, the answer was the deepening of areas such as artificial intelligence, telecommunications, internet of things, open source technologies, cybersecurity and radio frequency coordination, among others. All of these areas have applications both peaceful and in areas of security and defense.
