Trujillo and Vietnam united for state development

This Thursday, the governor of Trujillo state, Henry Rangel Silva, held a working meeting with the ambassador of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Le Viet Duyen, with whom he exchanged proposals to promote especially the agricultural, livestock and tourist areas.

In this sense, Ambassador Le Viet Duyen was grateful for the "warm" reception by the government authorities of the entity.

“We have had a very fruitful meeting, it is a great honor for me to make a working visit to the Trujillo state to exchange the possibilities for the development of relations between Vietnam and the Trujillo state. I am very happy that the Trujillo state, under the leadership of Governor Rangel Silva, has achieved many developments, especially in the agricultural sector, ”he said.

He also reported that the first president of the Venezuelan-Vietnamese Business Chamber is Oswaldo Hernández from Trujillo.

"I am convinced that under the direction of the governor and his team and with great effort by the Venezuelan Vietnamese Business Chamber, we are going to advance relations, especially in the economic and commercial area," he said.

For his part, Governor Rangel Silva thanked the ambassador for his visit to this working table, which opens up the possibilities of exchange between Vietnam and Trujillo.

"This work meeting that (...) opens the possibilities of exchange, commercial agreements, consultancies of course and development for the state of Trujillo and a little further," he said.

As coordinator of the Andean region (Táchira, Mérida and Trujillo) appointed by the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, Rangel Silva stated that the advantages, experiences and development that the Socialist Republic of Vietnam has in agricultural matters will be taken advantage of.

Finally, Ambassador Le Viet Duyen stressed that the Trujillo state “is very beautiful, it has many victories and the people are very brave. What made the most impression on me was the Peace Monument because in Vietnam we have been through many wars and therefore we highly appreciate peace ”.
