From this Monday from Tachirenses they will be able to opt for the second dose of Sputnik V

The Single Health Authority in the state of Táchira, Dr. Amelia Fressel, reported on the arrival of Russian vaccines against covid-19, Sputnik V and the distribution that is taking place this Sunday in the Andean entity.

"Starting tomorrow, Monday, September 13, people who received their first dose before June 8 should go to the Oncology Hospital Pilot Center to receive the second dose of Sputnik V," he reported.

He explained that other people should be waiting for the arrival of a new batch of Russian vaccines to the country and assured that in a timely manner, the Health authorities will inform about it. "I ask for tranquility and confidence from the people of Tachira in the national government that is working to ensure that the entire population is vaccinated," he insisted.

It is important to remind people that the vaccination journey is a fast and safe process, executed by Health Professionals, therefore, there should not be any concern about it, he said.
