As of this Monday, March 01, users of the Ezequiel Zamora I railway system, Valles del Tuy (Miranda) -Caracas section, will begin to cancel a new rail passage rate, as reported by the State Railways Institute (IFE) in his social network twitter @ifetrenvzla.
The price of the single passage ticket was set at Bs 20.000,00 for the Ezequiel Zamora I central railway system, Caracas-Cúa line, and vice versa. While the value of the ticket for two trips was Bs 40.000,00. The price of the 5-trip ticket is Bs 100.000,00, the 10-trip ticket is Bs 200.000 and the 20-trip ticket costs 400.000,00.
IFE staff reported that the railway fare collection system has different payment and recharge methods available so that user mobility is much faster and more efficient.
The recharge amount will be through the national card, ife card and occasional ticket. At the Charallave Sur railway station, a machine was enabled to register the national card.
Users are urged to use their face masks and gloves, in addition to being attentive to the instructions - through a public address system - provided by IFE officials deployed at the Libertador Simón Bolívar stations in La Rinconada, Generalísimo Francisco de Miranda in Charallave Norte, Don Simón Rodríguez in Charallave Sur and Ezequiel Zamora in Cúa.
