Public and private events suspended in Carabobo due to covid-19

The Government of Carabobo ordered the suspension from this Thursday and indefinitely, of all public and private events, as a measure to prevent the spread of covid-19 and especially the Brazilian variant. 

Through the Official Gazette, signed by the Secretary General of the Government, Jesús París, the “suspension as of this date, of all activities related to public and private events, mass concentrations of people, sporting events that have not been authorized is decreed. by the competent body, cultural, promotional, and others of a special or continuous nature, scheduled or not, as well as the absolute suspension of all kinds of events and public festivities dependent on the State Executive of Carabobo ”.

Likewise, they urge the different churches to avoid mass concentrations and activities, in order to comply with health protocols. 

Likewise, the Gazette asks those responsible for commercial establishments, food and public transport, to guarantee the safety of their workers. 

"Municipal authorities are urged to take the necessary preventive and biosafety measures to safeguard the integrity of users and workers in the public transport sector and land terminals," the statement reads.

In the same way, the authorities in matters of public health and safety are urged to maintain constant vigilance throughout the Carabobeño territory, providing the necessary collaboration to the locals.
